 Pastor D. Qwynn Gross

D. Qwynn Gross was born on February 22nd in Durham, North Carolina to Dwight P. and Birdie W. Midgette, Sr.  She is a graduate of Bennett College in Greensboro, NC and has completed various Bible courses.

Qwynn Gross accepted Christ in 1986 during a women’s conference and made Jesus Lord of her life after a Missions trip to Toluca and Mexico City, Mexico -- two weeks after responding to the altar call.  It was during this time in Mexico that she witnessed a demonstration of the Holy Spirit and power as she led people to Christ, laid hands for the infilling of Holy Spirit and prayed for the sick.  This journey opened her eyes to the living God.

From 1986 to 1994 Qwynn was trained to seek God and serve people.  Her purpose was realized and her passion for God was visible.

In 1994, she married Trevón D. Gross and served with him in pastoral ministry.  Together, in 2002, they launched, Hope Cathedral, an Independent Bible-believing, Bible-teaching church located in Jackson, New Jersey.

Having started with 17 people (including children) in their family room, they now worship with over 300 people on a Sunday morning.

For more than fifteen years, D. Qwynn Gross faithfully served as an Administrator in a church (that started in her grandparents home), an Intercessor for the church, and as a respected Leader to the people.

In 2004, she became a licensed Minister; on November 27, 2005 she was ordained an Elder; and, on February 28, 2010 she was elevated to a Pastor.

Pastor Qwynn is a Teacher, Oracle, Preacher, Conference Host/Presenter, Author, powerful Intercessor, and Founder of “Women of Passion” Women’s Ministry.

Though she and her husband advise others in ministry, she sits under the spiritual leadership of her husband, Pastor Trevón Gross, and together they are submitted to Bishop I.V. and Lady Bridget Hilliard of New Light Church in Houston, Texas.

She is the mother of three children, Trevón, Jr., Dianna and Sarah Gross.
